Yesterday Momma and Poppa returned from a short vacation in Las Vegas. They're car fanatics and went to attend the Barrett Jackson collector car auction at the Mandalay Bay. I don't get why they went — they didn't even come back with a car or anything! Momma said they also went there to relax. Relax? It was NOT relaxing while
they were gone. I paced and paced, wondering just how long they'd be
gone and if they were ever coming back.
Why do they need to vacation without us?! I've been sitting on my Momma since she got home. She is not going out of my sight again no siree!
Really I don’t think that sounds at all like a vacation to me. I am glad they are home finally.

I think you are right to guard your Mom now that she’s back. And not bringing a car back … they must not have found a good one.
